LOFT OPENINGS AVAILABLE Summer 2013: Live / Work Lofts offer a large general work area, kitchen and private bathroom (dual flush toilet), a spacious open floor plan that can be configured for 1 or 2 bedrooms, 12 ft ceilings, private patio, radiant heat, Insulated Concrete Form construction providing maximum insulation and sound control, elevator access, Energy Star appliances and more! Nine10Arts is a multi-use, 24,600 square foot redevelopment project located on Santa Fe Drive and 9th Avenue near downtown Denver. It is unique in that it incorporates the concepts of urban renewal, community enhancement and green building practices – all on a relatively small budget compared to many other building projects.  Nine10Arts is an urban community that offers emerging artists a place to develop their work in a creative and affordable environment.  Nine10Arts is built upon four key principles:

•    Support for the Arts

Nine10Arts is not just a building or a place, it is a creative community of artists committed to sharing their works and their passion for their art with each other and the public, it is truly an “experience”.  The community consists of lofts, studios, a gallery and event venue and coffee house which are all linked by the colorful outdoor courtyard.  The Open Studio format provides easy access to the artists and their work.   The EventGallery at 910 is a gathering place for collaborations to foster creative synergy between art and community by raising environmental and social awareness through exceptional art. At its core is the belief that through creative collaboration, artists and community organizations can more effectively inspire change.

Not only does Nine10Arts provide emerging artists with an affordable, creative environment in which to work and live but it is also a catalyst to bring art into the everyday life of the community.   We will continue to foster open dialog between artists and the community, be an example of the benefits of green building practices, and educate the public on how to apply eco-friendly principles in their own projects and lives.
